END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") FOR MEEZY

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Broadstone Technologies, LLC ("Provider" or "we"), governing your use of the "Meezy" mobile application (the "App") available on iOS and Android platforms. Please read this EULA carefully before using the App. By using or accessing the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not install, access, or use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT

1.1. License. Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device solely for the purpose of participating in loyalty programs offered by vendors who use the Meezy platform.

2. USER ACCOUNT

2.1. Registration. To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

3. LOYALTY PROGRAMS

3.1. Vendor Programs. Meezy allows vendors to create and manage loyalty programs. You may participate in these programs by signing up within the App. The terms and conditions of each vendor's loyalty program are determined by the respective vendor, and you agree to comply with those terms when participating in their program.

4. FEES

4.1. Subscription Fees. Vendors are required to pay a subscription fee to access and use the Meezy platform. Users are not responsible for any subscription fees.

5. PRIVACY

5.1. Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://meezy.io/privacy.html. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. Ownership. The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Provider and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. TERMINATION

7.1. Termination by Provider. Provider reserves the right to terminate this EULA and your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if you violate any provision of this EULA.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

8.1. No Warranty. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App, (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, or (c) any errors or inaccuracies in the content or functionality of the App.

10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1. Governing Law. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Meezy App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the App.
