TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEEZY MOBILE APPLICATION

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

   1.1. Welcome to "Meezy," a mobile application (the "App") offered by Broadstone Technologies, LLC ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. DEFINITIONS

   2.1. "User" or "you" refers to individuals who download and use the App to participate in loyalty programs offered by vendors.

   2.2. "Vendor" refers to businesses or entities that use the Meezy platform to create and manage loyalty programs for Users.

   2.3. "Subscription Fee" refers to the fee paid by Vendors to access and use the Meezy platform.

   2.4. "Privacy Policy" refers to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and sharing of User information and can be found at [Link to Privacy Policy].

3. USE OF THE APP

   3.1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

   3.2. License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for the purpose of participating in loyalty programs offered by Vendors.

   3.3. User Account. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. LOYALTY PROGRAMS

   4.1. Vendor Programs. Meezy allows Vendors to create and manage loyalty programs. Users may participate in these programs by signing up within the App. The terms and conditions of each Vendor's loyalty program are determined by the respective Vendor, and Users agree to comply with those terms when participating in their program.

5. SUBSCRIPTION FEES

   5.1. Vendor Fees. Vendors are required to pay a Subscription Fee to access and use the Meezy platform. Users are not responsible for any Subscription Fees.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   6.1. Ownership. The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Provider and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. TERMINATION

   7.1. Termination by Provider. Provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if you violate any provision of these Terms.

8. DISCLAIMERS

   8.1. No Warranty. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   9.1. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App, (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, or (c) any errors or inaccuracies in the content or functionality of the App.

10. GOVERNING LAW

    10.1. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

    12.1. Changes. Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify Users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using the Meezy App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the App.
